What is the coach going to be used for?
Hello Philip, Thanks for your enquiry. At the moment the coach is just a static exhibit, it has now been painted into BR(W) chocolate & cream livery as applied to some MK1 coaches in BR days (but not this one), we are awaiting final lining-out, numbering and decal application. We are still undecided about the future role of the coach, the guards van area will probably be used for various related displays that will be changed from time-to-time but the coach its self will be an ongoing project.
Open from Saturday 1st April until Sunday 29th October,
11am with last entry 4pm
Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holiday Mondays only.
Free Admission – donations welcome
